SWEETWATER FARM

                                                                                    A DRESSAGE FACILITY

Sweetwater Farm is a 14-acre dressage facility offering overnight, seasonal and long-term boarding of dressage horses with various levels of care.  Often times, Sweetwater is the temporary home for horses with families involved in the sale or purchase of a home or farm.  It has also been the temporary home to numerous dressage trainers, students, and members of the United States Equestrian Team.

This securely gated facility offers  a state-of-the-art, FEI dressage arena with rubber footing. The matted stalls measure 12'x 12'   and are constructed of pressure treated  tongue and groove for durability.   The horses enjoy individual,  grassy paddocks fenced in posts and non-climb wire, AND there is plenty of  area to ride.

Aside from her busy real estate career, Carol has immersed herself in the sport of dressage since 1982.  She has served 6 years on the Board of Directors of  STRIDE, the local GMO, including two years of Presidency.  From time to time, Carol is invited to judge STRIDE's schooling shows.

With  many years of experience in caring for performance horses, Carol does her very best to provide a safe and enjoyable atmosphere for horses and their owners.

Sweetwater Farm offers easy access to I-75, Highway 27 & SR326...in the heart of horse country.
